πΉ A FIRST FOR NEW YORK CITY
An immersive, regenerative steak dinner centered on nutrient-dense, ethically raised meat β with purpose.
While grass-fed has made its way onto NYC menus, this night is something completely different.
This is the first large-scale, chef-curated regenerative meat experience in New York β featuring 100% grass-fed, grass-finished, biodynamic steak from the legendary US Wellness Meats, served in a deeply intentional, community-forward setting.
πΉ ABOUT THE CHEF
Chef Misha Hyman β Celebrity biohacking chef & son of Dr. Mark Hyman, the world-renowned leader in functional medicine.
Misha brings together flavor, function, and food-based healing like no one else. Having trained world-class athletes, worked with top regenerative farms, and cooked for the countryβs leading wellness clinics, he now brings his culinary alchemy to Harlem β presenting a steak experience that is truly medicine on a plate.
πΉ CELEBRATION & PURPOSE
This evening also marks the official pre-event celebration for the 35th Anniversary of the New Life Expo (March 29β30), bringing together vendors, speakers, healers, and VIPs in an atmosphere of nourishment, connection, and intention.
Weβll also be honoring John Wood, founder of US Wellness Meats, and fundraising for a visionary project: a 958-acre regenerative cattle and bison ranch in Oregon, which will serve as a national model for ethical land management, healing meat production, and sustainable food systems.
